Poodles Are People Too
We currently have two toy poodles, Bobby and Charlie. Bobby is the older of the two and is a Parti poodle, which means he has two colors. Bobby is brown and white. Charlie, our other poodle is an apricot poodle. He out weighs Bobby by a couple of pounds. I am not a dog lover by nature. I had to take the rabies series as a pre-teen after being bitten by a rabid dog. Bobby was the first dog I had since then. My wife and I visited her brother in Minnesota and I was smitten by Roscoe, his black mini poodle. When We returned to Texas, We bought Bobby. Our two are as different in nature as black and white. Bobby is the smaller of the two but he is the alpha male. He is a lover type but he rules the roost. Charlie is a happy go lucky individual that follows Bobby's lead, barks when he barks, etc. We are empty nesters but our two boys are filling vacancy left by our kids. After all, poodles are people too. |
